Winnie Njeri is a highly experienced Training and Development Specialist with over 23years of expertise in oil and gas. She is currently the Retail Training and Operation excellence Manager at Lexo Energy. With a deep passion for Learning and development she is dedicated to developing high performance teams that deliver organizational goals and customer expectations. Throughout her career, she has made significant contributions in designing and Implementing training programs that build high performance teams and efficient Organizations.

Winnie Njeri holds a and has a strong educational background in Business management. She graduated from Moi University Eldoret with a Bachelors in Business management and further pursued her Masters in strategic Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), Kenya. With her strong background, she is highly competent in business development, capacity building, and customer experience which are key in delivering results.

Born and raised in Gatundu North, Winnie Njeri has a strong connection to roots. She is passionate about women and youth empowerment and volunteers in several community-based initiatives.

She currently resides in Nairobi with her family. Winnie enjoys traveling, farming, cooking, and spending time with her family.
