Linet Maingi

Linet Maingi is a true visionary in the humanitarian world. She is experienced and dedicated with a genuine passion for improving the lives of the vulnerable in society. Linet has contributed highly in designing and implementing impactful programs that address pressing socio-economic and humanitarian challenges.

She has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Peace and Conflict Transformation and a Master’s degree in Diplomacy, Development and International Security from Daystar University, Kenya. In addition, she has expanded her knowledge through various certifications and practical experience gained from working with renowned humanitarian non-governmental organizations.

She has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and successfully managed complex programs in diverse settings throughout her career. Her expertise spans across humanitarian emergency response, conflict management, advocacy, community development, diplomacy and prevention and mitigation of gender-based violence (GBV). Linet is recognized for her strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving. She has consistently implemented programs that address the root causes of humanitarian crisis while promoting resilience and self-sufficiency.

At Heavenly Goshen, she contributed in designing and implementing “The Unveiled & Delighted Woman” program that restores, embraces, equips and launches low-income women who are victims of Gender-Based Violence to reach their potential in life. Linet is also a believer of the Lord Jesus Christ, driven by a deep sense of empathy and commitment to upholding humanitarian principles and fostering dignity among the vulnerable. We are honored to have her as the Secretary to the Board and the acting Program Manager here at Heavenly Goshen Inc.
